VION has moved its platform for property management companies into production. Resident requests, status tracking and vehicle access by license plate now share one operating workflow.
The platform keeps an action history and helps responsible staff see the current stage of every request.
How a request moves
A request is registered digitally, assigned a category and routed to the responsible person. Once work is complete, the result is recorded so the management company retains one processing log.
AI assists with classification and data preparation. Decisions that require staff accountability remain under the management team's control.
What comes next
VION continues to develop integrations and automation workflows based on platform user feedback. The module set and connection plan are defined for each organization's processes.
