These terms govern the use of the public vionai.tech website, demonstration materials, and methods of contacting VION.

1. Acceptance
By using the website, a visitor confirms that they have read these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides information about VION, AI departments, possible workflows, and contact methods. Website materials are not a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
The scope of services, timeline, pricing, support levels, and responsibilities are defined in a separate agreement.
3. Demonstration AI features
Responses generated by public demonstration AI components are preliminary and informational. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person before decisions or publication.
Users must not submit passwords, payment information, state secrets, or information requiring a dedicated secure channel through public demonstration forms.
4. Acceptable use
- do not violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, APIs, or infrastructure;
- do not submit malicious code, spam, or automated traffic that creates excessive load;
- do not use the website to create, distribute, or promote unlawful material;
- do not misrepresent VION materials as your own or remove ownership notices.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, text, software, graphics, marks, and demonstration materials belong to VION or are lawfully used. Access to the website does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Linking to public pages is permitted. Copying or commercially using substantial parts of the materials requires prior permission.
6. Third-party services
Some features may depend on infrastructure and AI providers whose availability and terms can change. Production use of third-party services is addressed in the applicable customer agreement.
7. Disclaimer
The public website is provided as available. VION works to maintain security and reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability of public materials for a visitor's particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VION is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of public or demonstration website materials. Liability for paid services is defined in a separate agreement.
9. Changes
VION may change the website and these terms. A revised version applies from the effective date displayed on this page.
